Sweet Crepes Recipe
Sweet crepes should not be missing from our recipe book as a quick and easy alternative, which opens the door to a wide variety of combinations. They can be filled with an unlimited amount of delicious products.
You’ll see how easy it is to make them.
We will leave it to your imagination to match them according to your tastes.
In a bowl, add the milk, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir the ingredients and add the flour little by a little while blending it until you have a smooth mixture without lumps.
Warm a pan of about 8 inches over medium heat, lightly greased so that the crepe does not stick.
Add and spread enough mixture to get the thickness of the crepe to your liking – remember this are not hotcakes 🙂
Let it cook from the bottom, move the pan back and forth when you feel it is ready, and if the crepe moves away from the pan, it is time to turn it over to cook the other side. And so on, one after the other, until the mixture is finished.
If you want the crepes to be salty, remove the sugar and vanilla, and add a teaspoon of salt.
Now all you have to do is choose which fresh fruit, jam, chocolate, or whipped cream you want to fill them with.
