In a mortar, add 1 chopped garlic clove, a little salt and pepper, and half a cup of parsley leaves.
Crush the ingredients until you get a uniform mixture.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add 2 oz of melted butter and mix.
Take the loaf of bread and make diagonal cuts in both directions so that there are diamonds, with a serrated knife. Cut deep, but take care of not cutting the base of the bread.
Cut 4 oz of Emmental cheese and a ball of mozzarella into small cubes.
In each of the cuts, insert a cube of cheese, alternately.
Once the pieces of cheese have been spread out over all the cuts, use a spoon for bathing them with the ready garlic and parsley mixture.
Wrap the finished loaf in aluminum foil and bake it at 350º for 15 minutes.
With this easy to make recipe, your friends will not stop visiting you!
