Sesame Noodle Bowl
This sesame noodle bowl is one of the easiest recipes to cook and ideal for those who prefer a vegan dish without sacrificing taste.
Directions
First, we have to prepare the sauce, for which we will mix in a bowl a quarter cup of water, a spoonful of cornstarch, a spoonful of soy sauce, 3 spoonfuls of oyster sauce, pepper to taste and stir the mixture.
On the other hand, we heat a pot with 2 liters of water to boil a 12-ounce package of chow mein noodles for 3 minutes.
In a wok pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and fry three finely chopped garlic cloves, half a red pepper cut into strips, half an onion cut into strips, and three green onion stems cut into small pieces.
Once we have fried the vegetables for about 4 minutes at medium heat, we add the boiled pasta after straining it and the sauce we had prepared.
Stir, turn off and add a few cubes of tofu, half a teaspoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds to taste. Stir gently again and add a few leaves of watercress on top to decorate.
A simple, delicious, healthy, and nutritious dish!
