Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes
Are you bored of eating the usual French fries as a side dish for your meats? With this recipe for roasted garlic butter parmesan potatoes, you will discover a new dimension in taste that will be unforgettable. And because of its simple preparation, you will not stop cooking them!
Directions
Put four large potatoes to boil for 10 minutes in a pot with hot water and salt.
Drain them and let them cool down, so you don’t burn yourself when you cut them.
When they are at a temperature you can handle, cut them into 1-inch pieces.
In a bowl, make a mixture of 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup of melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the mixture. Dip the potato chunks into the bowl and stir to infuse them with the delicious flavors.
Heat the oven to 350º and, when ready, put the stretched potatoes on a tray with a baking paper base and let them bake for 20 minutes.
Take them out to turn them evenly all over and bake for another 10 minutes until they turn to a beautiful dark golden color.
Ready for your favorite meat!
