Honey Sauced Chicken
With this recipe for honey sauced chicken, we will make some modest chicken pieces acquire flavors worthy of the royalty licking their fingers.
We salt and pepper 2 chicken breasts (the recipe is the same if you prefer other chicken pieces).
In a frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil to fry and seal the chicken pieces. Set aside.
Discard the excess fat from the pan and brown the chopped garlic right there.
At low heat, add a cup of honey and a teaspoon of dried oregano.
Add the chicken and at medium heat finish cooking until it browns on both sides.
