Healthy Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
Healthy creamy avocado-cilantro-lime is one of the simplest dressings to make at home and no less tasty than those we can buy ready-made. Its nutritional contribution also contains antioxidants and Magnesium, vitamin E, vitamin C, complex-B, and monounsaturated fats.
Cut the avocado in half. To get rid of the seed, whack it with a sharp knife and twist to take it off, and with the help of a spoon, scoop around the edges and pop it out to remove the peel.
Cut the avocado in medium pieces and add them to a blender.
Add the cream, the milk, and juice of half a lime to the blender. Then we reserve.
Chop the cilantro into regular pieces. Reserve some leaves that are well to use in the final decoration of the salad that we are going to dress. Also, chop the shallot in pieces.
Add the cilantro and the shallot to the blender. Salt and pepper to taste and blend the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
Taste it, and if you consider it has little lime, you can add more, but be careful not to let it dominate the flavors.
