Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Chocolate is one of the favorite desserts of any family, and in this simple and easy to make chocolate mousse recipe, we are going to taste it in all its glory.
Directions
Put a pot of water on low heat and partially submerge a bowl in the water to melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
Add the chocolate and butter, stirring slowly until they are well melted.
Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs.
Put the whites aside in a recipient and add the yolks to the chocolate and butter mixture, mixing well. Leave the bowl submerged in water for a couple of minutes and remove it.
Pour the cream into the mixer’s glass, whip it up, and add it to the bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon in a wrap-around motion.
Pour the egg whites into the mixer, add a few grains of salt and stir until they are almost snowy. Once they are well whipped, add the sugar and keep on whipping.
When the egg whites are ready, add them to the bowl little by little and mix them with encircling movements.
Finally, pour the contents of the bowl into the serving cups and leave them to cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours until they set well.

9 oz baking 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate
7 fl oz of heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
3 oz of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
Few grains of salt
