Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

If you can no longer find a way to vary the cooking of chicken breasts, this creamy tuscan garlic chicken recipe will transport you to Italian Tuscany’s delicious flavors.



Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat a tablespoon of virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.

Place the chicken breasts in the pan with the skin side down and fry for about 10 minutes until the skin is crisp.

Turn the breasts and fry for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and remove from the pan.

Add 1/2 onion and three cloves of garlic, minced, stirring until onions are transparent.

Add four large chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 2 cups of spinach until the spinach is cooked.

Add 2 cups of cream, salt, and pepper to taste, and when it boils slightly, add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and two tablespoons of chopped parsley, stirring until the sauce is slightly thickened.

Return the chicken to the pan and coat the breasts with the sauce.

Cook for one more minute, and the recipe is ready to serve.

It can be paired with white rice or a green salad.

4 dried tomatoes
2 cups of spinach
