Creamy Tomato Pasta

One of the easiest ways to cook a delicious dish when we are in a hurry is to make pasta. However, the need to solve things quickly does not mean that you have to give up the great taste that this delicious recipe of creamy tomato pasta will bring you.



Heat 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

When it is at the right temperature, add half a cup of chopped onion and fry it for a couple of minutes. Then add 3 chopped garlic cloves and let it cook for another minute.

When the stir fry is ready, add 4 chopped ripe tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix and let it boil with the lid on for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.

When it is ready, add 3/4 cup of light cream and blend.

Once blended, in the pot, add 1/2 cup of chopped basil. Let it boil at medium heat for five minutes and rectify the seasoning to leave the sauce ready to add to the pasta.

In another pot, boil a 16 oz. package of your favorite pasta for 10 minutes. Strain, and you’re ready to serve at the table.

3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of onion
3 cloves of garlic
4 ripe tomatoes
3/4 cup light cream
1/2 cup of basil
16 oz. package of your favorite pasta
