Creamy Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan


For shrimp fans, this creamy garlic shrimp with parmesan is a recipe that transports us to beautiful Italy with its characteristic flavors and smells.



We start by peeling 1 pound of medium size shrimps. We salt and pepper to taste and cook them at medium-high heat in a frying pan with 4 spoonfuls of olive oil.

Once cooked, remove them and add a cube of butter and a little more olive oil. Fry 5 cloves of chopped garlic and some parsley leaves for a couple of minutes.

Add 1 1/2 cups of liquid cream and cook until it boils over low heat for a couple of minutes.

Add a cup of grated parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce. Once it is well mixed and the sauce feels thicker, add the shrimps and stir to soak.

Turn it off and mamma mia, what an extraordinary Italian flavor!

1 pound of medium-sized shrimps
Virgin olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
Parsley leaves
1 1/2 cups of liquid cream
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
