Baked Eggs Recipe
Baked eggs is an easy recipe to make, as you don’t need to use the oven to cook it. It is great for breakfast and tastes delicious!
Directions
Chop 1/4 onion into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil over medium-high heat.
When hot, add the onion and one clove of garlic.
Once they have been sauté (stir-fry), lower the heat and remove the clove of garlic before adding 1/2 pound of chopped tomatoes, a little salt, and a little pepper.
Mix everything well.
Let the tomatoes be made by moving them from time to time, with a lid on to prevent splashes.
After about 10 minutes, the chopped tomatoes are ready.
Now we will lower the heat to medium-low and make a couple of holes to add the eggs, 2 per serving.
Add a little salt to each egg.
Cover the pan and let them cook until they are to your liking.
Finally, add some chopped chives leaves.
And our eggs are ready, easy, and fast.
