Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe

This avocado tuna salad is an ideal recipe for a day on the go, to keep the diet, or to eat a 100% healthy starter.



We begin by cutting an avocado in half. To get rid of the seed, whack it with a sharp knife and twist to take it off.

In a bowl add a teaspoon of white wine vinegar, three teaspoons of virgin olive oil, half a diced tomato, some parsley leaves, salt to taste, and mix.

When the mixture is ready, add a drained can of tuna. Mix and fill both halves of the avocado.

In a moment we have a healthy and delicious starter!

1 avocado
1/2 tomato
Wine vinegar
Virgin olive oil
1 can of tuna
